Two gîtes, totally independent located in Normandy, in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park. Paris is only 90 miles away and Mortagne-au-Perche is at 4 miles. Environment : on the fringe of a beautiful forest and on GR22 path (Paris - Mont Saint-Michel) Ideal location.
"La Maison" is a typical farm house of "Le Perche" region. It was built in the 18th century. It has been fully renovated and it is generous in terms of space-volume. This gîte is independent and very comfortable. It can accomodate up to 8 guests (4 bedrooms).
Ground floor: independent entrance, 3 living areas including 1 with a fire-place, fully equipped kitchen with a table for 6, dining room, 1 en-suite bedroom (1 double-bed for 2) with bath-tub, sink and toilets; second bathroom with bath-shower, sink and toilets, independent toilets.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed for 2); bathroom with shower, double sink and toilets.
Mezzanine: 1 bedroom (1 bed for 2 which can be split into 2 single beds).
Central heating. 1300 sqft garden part of a 6000 sqft piece of land for private use.

"Le V" is a typical farm house of "Le Perche" region. It was built in the 18th century and it has been fully renovated during 6 long years (2004 - 2010) in order to be converted into a countryside "gîte" (high comfort). It can accomodate 8 guests (4 en-suite bedrooms : sink, shower and independent toilets for each). The house meets the French "HQE" standards (environment friendly) : natural materials, efficient isolation, floor with low temperature heating for a high comfort and energy savings, warm water heated by solar pannels, water paintings with natural pigmentation, disabled guests friendly (ground floor only), etc.
Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a fire-place, laundry room, independent toilets, 1 en-suite bedroom with 1 double bed, shower, sink and toilets. This en-suite bedroom is fully suitable for heavy handicapped guests.
Upstairs: 1 en-suite bedroom (1 king size bed for 2 - 180 cm - which can be split, sink, shower and independent toilets) ; 2 connected en-suite bedrooms with 1 bed for 2 (160 cm) in each, which can be split into 2 beds for 1, a sink per bedroom and same applies to shower and independent toilets. One en-suite bedroom has its private access to a private terrace and stairs.

Pets are not allowed.
