Guided tours of the cidrerie traditionnelle du Perche at l'Hermitière.

We invite you into the quiet of the region, to orchards and fields and our Percheron farm. Your visit will involve a 20minute video explaining our work from when the blossoms appear on the apple trees in Spring to cider bottling in Winter followed by a tour of the cellars visit to see the stills and ageing Calvados. You will then have the opportunity to taste our traditional cider, our homemade apéritifs, our calvados, cider jam, and apple juice. During the season the region plays host to a festival of Art which includes the show "API ART" that gives you the opportunity to discover the talented painters we have in the region and also the "Theatre Festival" of le Perche a weekend program (in August) that includes 3 performances for adults and 1 for children.

Gaec de l'Etoile

Mrs SIMOËN & QUESNEL Gaec de l'Etoile Ferme de l'hôtel Neveu 61400 COURGEON Tél. 02.33.25.10.67 Mortagne au Perche

The Perche has a rural tradition that is still respected nowadays, a healthy and rich nature and renowned gastronomy. This is why, at the farm Gaec de l'Etoile, we transform our own cows' milk into unpasteurised cream, butter, fromage frais, yoghurts and toffees. These quality dairy products are made with the milk of the day. You will find them in the local shops, on the markets as well as on the premises - a proof of authenticity.
