7. La Verronnière
| In the Regional Park of the Perche, our home is a typical 18th century « longère » restored with authenticity , set in a lovely landscape of hills and forests. La Verronnière is an ideal place for nature and calm loversin an environment which offers them many kinds of different activities and new horizons. For your comfort, we offer two possibilities : - a very cosy « gîte » - Two bedrooms / 5 people. - Garden, barbecue, parking . – Bikes, fishing tackle. - a lovely « chambre d’hôtes » - private bathroom and en-suite TV lounge with timber walling and a beautiful view. We are concerned with environmental issues, so we have preserved the house and its immediate surroundings. Information about our local ”bio” supplier and producer is available at our house. | Season all year round Prices For the « gîte » : subject to variations, depending on the period, 217 € to 310 € weekly or 155 € to 186 € for the weekend For the « chambre d’hôtes » (B&B) : 40 € for one person. - 50 € for two persons - 10 € per extra person. (breakfast included – homemade jams) Surroundings Walking or biking excursions, or with a carriage drawn by the famous “ percheron “ horse. – Riding school. Fishing : in rivers (Huisne, 1st et 2nd category) and ponds ; fly fishing Local cider house , flower gardens, ecomuseum, aquatic park, swimming pool, golf courses..
