The pattern of straight lines and curves of the brick work is extremely harmonious, as is its setting on the banks of the river Avre. It is a listed Historical Monument. At Montigny, you will experience the life of Riley, in beautiful rooms "4 épis" especially designed to give you the maximun confort and calm, surrounded by trees, water and green meadows where horses graze. In the fields around the Château, you may notice a lot of horses and ponies, these belong to the Farm Riding Stables of Montigny, run by Haude de la Bourdonnaye, daughter of the Château's owners.
