Ideally located near the Manor of Courboyer, housing the Perche Regional Park  famous  for its Percheron horses, this 18th century restored cottage has kept all its typical flavour, and is set in an outstanding landscape of wooded hills and verdant vales, overlooking the river Huisne valley.

One double room and one twin-bedded room – each with their en-suite bathroom – can accommodate 4 guests. Orchard and pond on the estate.

Peace and quiet is the keyword.(country furniture) and gîte piano : upon request, a baby grand piano can be put at the musicians'disposal.

Open : throughout the year.

Rates : Per week : 450 euros during the high season, 400 euros Easter and            New Year's Eve, 360 euros during the shoulder season, and 320 euros             during the low season .Week-end : High and shoulder season 255 euros,          215 euros low season.
